Microsoft Intune FAQs

What are the benefits of buying Microsoft Intune Plan 1 from 365 Cloud Store? +
When you buy through 365 Cloud Store, you get more than just a license. You’ll have support available before and after your purchase, so if you have questions at any point, someone is there to help. We also offer volume and term pricing, which can make a difference if you’re buying for a larger team or planning ahead.
What’s the difference between Intune Plan 1 and Plan 2? +
Plan 1 covers the core device and app management features most organizations need — things like cross-platform device management, endpoint security, and mobile app management. Plan 2 builds on top of that with more advanced capabilities, like Microsoft Tunnel for mobile app management and Specialty device management for devices like HoloLens or Surface Hub. If you’re not sure which one fits your situation, feel free to reach out and we can help you decide.
Do I need Intune if I already have a Microsoft 365 subscription? +
It depends on which Microsoft 365 plan you have. Some plans, like Microsoft 365 Business Premium and Microsoft 365 E3/E5, already include Intune. If you’re on a more basic plan, you may need to add it separately. Not sure what’s included in your current plan? Contact us for a no-commitment licensing consultation.
Does Intune work with non-Windows devices? +
Yes. Intune supports Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android — so it works across the different devices your team might already be using. Some limitations may apply depending on the device type.
