Can’t I just buy directly from Microsoft? +
You can — but most IT teams find that managing licenses, billing, and support on their own adds up quickly in time and effort. What is the difference between Microsoft 365 Business Standard and other Microsoft 365 plans? +
Business Standard is the middle-ground plan — it includes the full desktop Office apps plus Teams, business email, and 1 TB of cloud storage per user. It’s a step up from Business Basic (which is web-only apps) and a step below Business Premium (which adds advanced security features). If you’re unsure which plan fits your team, our experts can walk you through it at no cost.
What are my commitment options? +
You can choose between an annual or month-to-month commitment. Annual is about 20% cheaper and requires an upfront payment. Month-to-month costs more but gives you the flexibility to reduce or cancel licenses at the end of each monthly term. If neither fits perfectly, reach out — we’re open to other arrangements.
What happens if I need to cancel? +
You have seven calendar days after purchasing or at renewal to reduce or cancel licenses and receive a prorated refund. After that window closes, you’re committed through the end of your term. We’ll always remind you when renewal is approaching so you’re never caught off guard.
Are there discounts available? +
Yes. We guarantee at least 3% below Microsoft’s published list price when you meet the following:

  • US commercial licenses only (excludes Government, Academic, and Nonprofit)
  • Minimum purchase of 5 licenses
  • Payment by ACH or bank wire
