  • You will have 7 days post-transition to make any necessary changes to your subscription term, quantity, or to make any cancellations.
  • If you prefer annual terms, our Microsoft Licensing experts can help you transition before the 2024 renewal date of your legacy subscriptions. This way, we can ensure your terms align with your preferences.

NCE commitment options

Month-to-month commitment

  • Monthly payments based on the tools and licenses your organization needs
  • Flexibility to increase or reassign licenses at any time during the term
  • Flexibility to decrease licenses at the end of each monthly term
  • Prices may be affected by future increases during the term, and will take effect upon renewal the following month

Annual commitment

  • 20% discount for each license compared to month-to-month commitment
  • Prices will not be subject to increases during term of the agreement
  • One-time upfront payment for a set number of licenses
  • Flexibility to increase or reassign licenses at any time during the term
  • Decreasing licenses only at a time of renewal (1 year)
