Microsoft Licensing Billing: View your payment and billing history

Today we will talk about two options for viewing your Microsoft licensing billing history and current bills/payments. The first option is for when you have your licenses directly with Microsoft, and it is through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. 

*Note: You need to be a global or billing admin to view your billing statement for Microsoft 365 for Business.  

View, download or print your bill 

1. In the Microsoft 365 Admin Center select Billing > Select the Invoices tab 
2. Select an invoice to view 
3. Select Download PDF to view invoice details

View a bill or invoice 

1. Go to Billing > Bills & payments pane in the Admin Center 
2. On the Invoices tab, select see items, quantity, price, discount, and total for all items in the invoice 
3. On the summary page you can see all the information selected above in the order you want to view it 
4. To print or save a PDF copy of the invoice, select Download PDF 

Microsoft licensing billing history in the 365 Cloud Store Client Portal 

If you have your licenses with 365 Cloud Store (direct 365 Cloud Store customers or Team Venti customers with their licenses with us); or if you are thinking about whether you should get your licenses with a CSP like us or directly with Microsoft, here is how you view your billing with us. 

1. Go to 365cloudstore.com > Click the Portal Login button on the top right corner > Use your Microsoft 365 admin credentials to log in
2. On the left side menu, select the Invoices option. Here you will see all your current and past invoices 
3. On the top left of the invoices table click the Payments option. Here you will see your current and past payments, remaining amounts, dates, and more 

On this page you can sort your billings and payments by due date, generation dates, amount, status, and billing period.
