Key Changes to Microsoft Teams Phone Pricing
To reflect the ongoing innovations delivered since its launch in 2017, therefore, some price updates for Microsoft licenses will affect the pricing for Teams Phone. These changes apply to new purchases and subscription renewals starting April 1, 2025:
Updated Pricing for Teams Phone Subscriptions:
- Teams Phone Standard: $10 per user/month ($120 per user/year)*
- Teams Phone Standard for Frontline Workers: $5 per user/month ($60 per user/year)*
- Teams Phone with pay-as-you-go calling:
- For UK/CAN: $12 per user/month ($144 per user/year)*
- For US and other markets: $13 per user/month ($156 per user/year)*
- Teams Phone with Calling Plan:
- For US/UK/CAN: $17 per user/month ($204 per user/year)*
- Outside US/UK/CAN: $22 per user/month ($264 per user/year)*
- Teams Phone with domestic and international calling: $34 per user/month ($408 per user/year)*
*This pricing reflects annual billing for annual term subscriptions. Existing features and capabilities for Teams Phone will remain unchanged.

Power BI Pricing Updates
Starting April 1, 2025, the following Power BI licenses will reflect updated pricing for annual billing on annual term subscriptions:
- Power BI Pro: $14 per user/month*
- Power BI Premium Per User: $24 per user/month*
What Remains Unchanged:
- Pricing for Power BI Capacities (F SKU), Report Server, Embedded, and Free Accounts.
- Features and core capabilities for Power BI Pro and Premium Per User will remain consistent, with ongoing updates to enhance the user experience.
*Pricing applies to annual billing for annual term subscriptions. Government, EDU, and non-profit segments are currently not affected.
